Every two months, members of the NSCA receive a copy of the Strength and Conditioning Journal. It has several great articles that summarize research studies and the author’s conclusions on a wide variety of sports performance-related subjects.
I will summarize a few, find the core of each that pertains to immediate useable information that can upgrade our current programming. You have to as athletes and I am responsible to as your strength and conditioning coach. Oftentimes, this also has cross-application to any aesthetic enhancement as well. We will stay ahead of the competition in every regard with that realm as well.
